What kind of information and what we do with your information?

Greenhire will only collect your information where it is lawful, fair and necessary for the function of our business.

When you sign up via the contact form on our website, we will collect the personal information you give us such as your name, contact and email address. When you also take on our services your details will be stored in Greenhire accounting software, Xero. Information like account information, including company, contact details and bank information. There are extremely strict limitations on who can access personal information within Xero. No credit card details are stored within Xero.

Greenhire stores little personal information on its physical office site. Any private information held by third parties is regularly assessed by us to ensure that appropriate data protection mitigations are in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of your private information.
